Running both Zotero Standalone and Zotero for Firefox

Hi,
Are there any problems running both the standalone version AND the firefox extension on the same machine?

(MAC OS)

    No problems, no. They'll share the same data directory. When you have Standalone running, the Firefox version goes into "Connector Mode", i.e. it can only be used to save items to the database. You won't be able to open the Zotero pane.

    There shouldn't be if you run the same version of standalone and firefox extension
