Upgrade StoragePoor dialog box when changing Zotero's storage location

When I changed the location of Zotero's storage folder, I was shown a dialog box informing me that Firefox must be restarted. It doesn't contain any text in the window, and it's not wide enough to show all of its title. See the second screenshot in the gallery above.

Should this report ("Poor dialog box when changing Zotero's storage location") be classified as "Troubleshooting" or "Feature requests"? This is the type of report that prompted me to suggest a "User Interface Suggestions" forum category.
