In Text: Square Brackets from Superscript

I wrote a paper with in text citations marked by superscripts but the journal I am submitting to requires square brackets in text. Does anyone know how to change these over? Thank you!

    has the general instructions -- you'll have to set a citation style that uses square brackets. Popular examples would be
    https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id%3Avancouver-brackets
    or the IEEE style that comes pre-installed with Zotero. There are many others on zotero.org/styles
