Indemnification clause in terms of service
Hi there!
So I work for a University that doesn't permit agreement to terms of service which include an indemnification clause. I believe that will present a problem for us (any faculty, etc.) installing Zotero, which is a shame because I really like your product and you've made great enhancements since the last time I worked heavily with your product. Is there someone I can talk to or that can reach out to me to discuss this?
Best,
Laureen

I am neither a developer nor associated with George Mason University.
But I will note that the current terms are a couple years old and the indemnity clause is boilerplate that appears in CHNM's other products (such as Omeka), so may be boilerplate expected from GMU. And, if GMU's anything like every other US institution I've worked for, comments from legal would probably take more than four days.
