Upgrade StorageList of translators isn't working
The list of Zotero translators isn't working properly. It now reads:

adamsmithwe're aware of this -- it hasn't worked for a year or more. Dan is actually working on a fix and the folks at Wikimedia (who are also using Zotero translators) have also indicated that they'd be willing to host the tests.
