Error when trying to insert citation / Report ID: 1850390880

After switching to a new laptop a student can't work with zotero anymore. When trying to insert a citation he gets the following error message:

Current Version of Firefox and Zotero

We tried:
- moving the Zotero database from the roaming profile location to the students Dropbox folder where he also keeps his word document
- copied the word document to the desktop
- opened a brand new word document and tried to insert a citation there

None of this had any effect. Even after creating a new Word document the error message showed when trying to insert a citation.

The students works on different computers. Zotero works allright on his other computers.

What can we do about this?

This is generally from trying to use a 64-bit version of Firefox, which isn't supported for word processor integration (as noted on the download page). They can either use 32-bit Firefox or use Zotero Standalone.
