Can't edit Zotero Endnotes

For some reason I am unable to edit notes made in Zotero. I have reinstalled the Word plug in, have restarted Firefox, have closed and reopened my word document. When I put the cursor on the note, it does not gray out. I've never seen this before.
I am running Firefox 47.0.1 and Windows 10 with Word 2013
