Error exportation RIS format

Hi,
When I want to export a collection in RIS (or other) with notes and files, I have an error message "Une erreur s'est produite lors de la tentative d'exportation du fichier sélectionné."
I'd 4.0.29.10 version.
What can I do?$Thank you for your help

The sequence is:
1) I want to export my collection "articles" (660 references) to my hard drive
2) I made a right click on my collection and chose export
3) When the new window open I chose RIS format with Files and note
4) I clicked on OK.
5) A new window ask me to chose where I want to save my collection. I chose my "Zotero export" files on my hard drive. I clicked on OK
6) A pop-up appeared where I saw the progression of exportation.
7) But after a message in French "Une erreur s'est produite lors de la tentative d'exportation du fichier sélectionné"
8) I expect export my collection but it didn't work.
