Blackwell Synergy translator issue

On clicking the save item icon, the b4 Zotero gives me a rectangular frame ("Saving item..." style, but without any text or other interior) for a few moments, then fails silently to create a record for the following item:

    I just commented on another thread about this issue. From the pages on Blackwell that work compared to those that do not, I can not visually see any difference. This same problem occurs in JSTOR with a few journals.

    It would be good to get these bugs fixed, since Blackwell and JSTOR are two major publishers.
