Hey - I need to update my payment method in your system please - before it automatically tries to take the $$ from an old card. Where can I do this please???
If you cancel the automatic renewal from your storage settings (https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage) it will not attempt to charge your previous payment method.
Whether you disable auto-renew or not, you can purchase a subscription (at the current, or a different storage level) at any time with a new card and that will become your new payment method.
