email account inactive

I have a colleague who left the organisation and so their work email has been shut down. They have forgotten their password so how should they go about resetting it?

I looked up previous posts and there are two like this I could find but no response is documented - have I missed one?
  • They can try sending an e-mail with their account name to support@zo..ero.org , but as you can imagine, this is a bit tricky. How would Zotero be able to authenticate that they're actually the account holder?
  • Not sure about this way, but it would do a trick. If those email ids are from your own domain (someone@xyz.com) then re-create them and try the forgot password on zotero.
    If you can't do that email creation and you are the webmaster you can send an email to support explaining your case. They may verify your identity and validate your case if everything goes well you may be able to reset the passwords.
