standalone on chrome and server on firefox at the same time?

I have been a successful user of firefox-zotero for some time using online/syncing storage, buying more as needed. Can/should I install zotero on chrome as a standalone with it already syncing to firefox on the server, or should i just wait to install when it works via the server? What are the drawbacks to using both, assuming both can be used on the same computer?

    I think you might be misunderstanding something. Could you maybe say why you think you should be installilng Chrome/Standalone? Particular the phrase "should i just wait to install when it works via the server" I'm not following.

    But FWIW, it is possible to run all of them on the same computer and there are no real drawbacks.
