Remove 1.5 beta

The Zotero 1.5 icons have disappeared from openoffice 3.0 making it unusable. Is there any way to find ou what's wrong? Failing that, is there any way to remove the database (I have a backup) and so move back to Zotero 1.0? An help is appreciated.
