Zotero icon/extension missing in Safari browser post update
Zotero and safari (latest Version OS X El Capitan) have been working well on a Macbook Air until I recently changed to a new MacBook Pro and transferred all my data through a time-capsule (running OS X El Capitan as well).
On my new MacBook the Zotero icon has completely disappeared.
I had a look at previous posts and have not been able to find a solution.
Customising the toolbar did not reveal it hidden nor did a new download of the Zotero connector help.
In Safari Zotero does not appear under extensions either.
My next step would be to uninstall Zotero and attempt a new download.
Any other or better suggestions. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your general advice. I had a look at your provided link, installed the connector for Safari again and today it all worked well.
I am not sure where I got stuck yesterday yet now Zotero is running again on my new Mac.
I probably just needed a new approach with fresh eyes and structure.
Thanks for your response,
Marc
