Selective sharing

Is there a way to protect some collections but not others? I'd like to have one collection protected from public view.

Thanks for any advice that can be offered.

At this point you can only do so by using (different) groups for items you want to share.
I believe more fine-grained sharing within a given library is planned, but no idea if we're talking months or years for that.
