adding a library to an existing roup

I have created a library that appears on the left side under my library with its name. I would like to make this library available to my group. I tried to drag and drop to the group, but that didn't work. Is there a way to do this?

    I think you talking about collections, not libraries, but I'm not sure, so I can't say.
    And just to be sure, you can create items in that group manually, yes?
