Improving advanced search -- title contains...
I recently did an advanced search of my library. I was looking for an obituary of the geographer Neil Smith, and I reasoned that his name would be in the title of the article. I did an advanced search for "title" "contains" "smith".
I was surprised to find that the search returned all the entries in my library in which the title *of the pdf* contained the word "smith". Because my pdf naming protocol includes the last name of the author, the search returned all of the articles that were authored by someone named smith. This made it far less useful than if it had returned only those entries in which the title *field* contains the word.
Did I not do my search correctly? Perhaps this is useful to modify in the future?

Show only top level items would have pretty much handled this.
In general I agree, though, that we should consider if "attachment title" and "title" shouldn't be separate search conditions.
