Juris-M - cannot install the LiberOffice integration plugin

Hello!

I faced some problems in intalling LiberOffice plugin. When I try to install it with Juris-M interface, an error occurs. Manual installation leads to the total freeze of LiberOffice.

    Three initial questions:

    (1) Are you using JM Standalone or Juris-M for Firefox?

    (2) Are you installing the plugin from https://juris-m.github.io, or from https://zotero.org ?

    (3) What is your OS and its version, and your LibreOffice version?
  • I use JM standalone

First, I tried to install directly from Juris-M Preferences. Error pumped in and programme gave me the directions to install the plugin manually. Liber Office didn't like it all - as I sad, it was total freeze.
Then, I tried to download the plugin directly from https://juris-m.github.io/ Same effect.

I run OS X El Capitan (10.11.5) and the version of Liber Office is 5.1.3.2
  • JM Standalone should work out of the box with LibreOffice. I will be making another release of the tools tomorrow, and I'll try to check this before it goes out the door.
  • Actually, I don't understand where the core of the problem is. Juris-M says that the LibreOffice plugin is not installed. But when I start LibreOffice I see the typical Zotero bar. If I press the icons nothing happens, though.
  • The plugin may be failing to install in the JM Standalone build for Mac. I should have news on this later today.
