Hi Dan, giving the Zotero beta a whirl.
First sync though up this problem.

is this Noscript causing problems? will try disabling it and give syncing another go.

Jon Rubinhmm, well I disabled noscirpt and the sync went through, but then I re-enabled it and it still went through, so, not too sure why the first one failed, but on the plus side, it seems to be working now.
