webDAV box.com no lastsync.txt file

I have been using webDAV with box.com on my Macbook Air. I want to set up Zotero on a second computer to sync with my files. When I enter my login information for box.com into Zotero on the second computer, Zotero cannot verify the server. How do I get this other computer's Zotero syncing up with box.com?

I logged into my box.com and realized I do not have a lastsync.txt file.

I'm not sure how to provide a debug ID. What other info can I provide to get some help?
