compress or delete older attached files (but save on server)
Hi, Zotero seems really great. I'm trying to figure out how best a group of researchers can share a single library. In an initial feedback session, folks are concerned that as an organization our shared library will become huge, and that it will therefore become unworkable for each participant to have files--especially PDFs--saved on their individual computer. Thus, I'm curious if the Zotero folks have thought this through and have a strategy in mind. If not, might it be possible to have all data files stored on a common server (as is currently available with the sync option), but to have the version on an individual's computer only keep the most recent X days of data files (or just set an overall size limit for the Zotero library, with older files being eliminated from the individual's computer). There'd need to be a way then to pull an older file back to a user's computer if, in fact, they wanted to access it at a later date.
