Update for PLoS Pathogens
The journal suggests using Vancouver, but there are several different Vancouver styles, none of which match the ones in the most recent references, which have PMIDs or PMCIDs. The PLoS Pathogens entry is dated 2014.

bwiernikBesides the PMID/PMCID, are there any other errors in the style?

adamsmith(FWIW, the PLoS Pathology style just links to the generic PLoS style, which we updated early last year, when PLoS made this change). Beyond that, same question as bwiernik.

jaquelindudleyThe new ASM format does not have boldface for author names or the journal issue. Everything should be lightface.
