Not recognizing PDF file

Occasionally when I drag a pdf file into zotero it doesn't show it as a pdf. Sometimes it'll be a snapshot of a different page I might have open in firefox. To work around this I'll have to restart firefox and then drag in the pdf, this seems to work. Anyone having a similar problem?

    Nope, never seen it. FF version, Operating System, is 'Report errors' in the settings menu (Gear icon) active?
