Request for Update to Journal of Periodontology Citation Style

Greetings,

I recently used standalone Zotero in Windows with Word using the style for the Journal of Periodontology available in the Zotero style repository (updated 2013-03-29). I did not review carefully that the style matched the requests of the journal, and one of the reviewers pointed out some inconsistencies. Indeed, I verified the reviewer was correct using their "Instructions to Authors" web page: http://www.joponline.org/page/JOPInstructions#References

Here are a summary of the changes requested to make the style match what is currently asked for by the journal:
1. Please make the page numbers report the closing page (e.g., 51-55) not the way it is now (e.g., 51-5)
2. Please make sure the journal name is italicized.
3. Please do not include month in date
4. Please do not include issue number
5. For web sites, after stating the URL, please put "Accessed on [date]"

Thank you in advance for your kind attention to this matter. I really appreciate this software and am so grateful for your work on it.
