New Item Type Request

Is it possible to add a new item type for news or opinion pieces from online "newspapers." I've been making do with "blog," but that doesn't really cut it. If not, is there a type you recommend I use for these items (eg., newspaper article)? — Liz Wagner

    I would just use the newspaper or magazine item type and fill out the URL field -- that's e.g. how we import from Slate, which would seem to fit your description.

    I don't think this warrants a new item type; it fits well with existing categories.
