How can I change the file/folder location where the Bibliography is stored. Right now it is in a very remote location.

    If you're talking about the location where Zotero stores your data, you can change the "Data Directory Location" in the preferences: https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/advanced#the_files_and_folders_tab

    Perhaps an important piece of information is missing in my question. For reasons that do not apply to Zotero, I am using Google to download material. What the url that you included seemed to be for Firefox only.

    No information on the Zotero material in the Google browser on how to transfer a citation to a different folder. I know how to do all that in Firefox, but as I said I have a firefox issue right now.

    sorry, I just don't know what you mean by "google" -- typically google refers to the search engine, which doesn't have anything to do with Zotero. Do you mean the Google Chrome browser?
    In which case you'll need to install
    1) Zotero Standalone and
    2) The Zotero Extension for Chrome, both available via

    zotero.org/download
