Upgrade Storageadd a "report about this site" item in the site translator menu
This isn't about a special site.
It is about improving usability (especialiy for new users) and to spare your support ressources.
You know the "site translator" button in Firefox offering "Save by DOI", "Save with MetaData", "Save with SpringerLink", ...?
Would by nice to have an extry entry there to easy open a message about problems or wishes about site translaters. You could automaticly add your zotero-debug-version-whatever informations to such a message and the message can reach the correct "channel" in your support environment.
Imagine:
A new user tries out Zotero. Something with the site translator doesn't work like he/she expectes from EndNote/Citavi/... So he/she will give up early and promote to other people that "Zotero is nice because it is 'free' but is not so good as the other software - maybe because it is 'free') I often expirienced discussions like that.
Normal users doesn't realize that "Site Translation" is a complex topic between the content provider and Zotero itself and that this is living from the useres reports.
A report button like I described would make it easier to report and would lower teh wall between the user and the developers.
