however, I stil don't know the answer...Is it possible to export the reference ID numbers from Reference Manager to Zotero? How?

Thank you!!!

    Answer: no.

And while I don't speak for Zotero, I'd find it hard to believe they'd support this given that these are internal database numbers specific to a particular database. E.g. if you import the exact same reference from two different RefMan databases, you'd have two different numbers. So a) what good are they?, and b) how would you make sense of them if your library incorporated data from different databases?

I realize people will say they use these numbers for filing and such, but that was never a good idea.

    a) what good are they?
If Zotero would offer the option to import the ref-IDs to the "Loc. in Archive"-field, that would a) allow some people to continue to use their numbering/storage system, for which the use of these ref-IDs, while not very robust in view of collaboration, in my experience seems to be quite widespread, and b) it might be a convenient (temporary) resource in (semi)-automatic conversion of Reference Manager citations in Word documents to Zotero (or future more generic) citation fields.
