Upgrade StorageAlphabetic sorting of library item types in non-english locale
A small usability issue that bugs me: In non-english locale the library item types are not sorted alphabetically (when adding a new item or in the right window pane). They are sorted according to the original english term. Makes it tedious to find the right item.
