PubMed Translator imports 3-character language abbreviation

The PubMed translator imports the 3-character language abbreviation. If it isn't too time consuming, could the 3 character abbreviation be converted to the ISO 2-character standard?

    I suppose it's possible if we put in a mapping table. Not sure what the current Zotero thinking on the language field is.
