In plugin, change display of date in middle pane to be consistent

I have FF 43 with the Zotero plugin, and it's very handy! However in the middle pane in the plugin the date is shown in different ways. Sometimes MMM YYYY, YYYY-MM, YYYY-MM-DD. I'd like an option to show the date in a consistent manner.

So if the format is YYYY-MM-DD and the date of my study is Jan 2015, it should omit the day and show '2015-01'.
