Zotero doesn't export ISI (what do you need that for?)
There may be conversion tools -- maybe going through Endnote is an option as they're owned by the same company as ISI -- but that's all I have.
I've Already tried using EndNote but It doesn't has an export ISI tag formatted. I need that format because I´m working with the Cited Reference Explorer software that runs with it.
The CRE software uses the list of items within the ISI CR tag to do its magic. The CR tag contains a list of citing and cited items for each record. I'm unaware of _any_ reference management software that has a mechanism to store record-linked citations for each item record -- much less bidirectional linked records.
While I know that Scopus, like the Web of Knowledge, is a citation database; there are no nearby universities that subscribe to the database. It would be good to know if any of the Scopus export formats include citation data. I cannot check that for you.
While the data clearly exist in Scopus, I couldn't find any export format containing it. In addition to what DWL says about contacting CRE, you could also try Scopus. My experience with the customer support is very good.

CRE provides an examples of ISI tagged metadata:

If Scopus has an export format that is similar, it might be possible to convert it to ISI.
Consider also getting in touch with the Cited Reference Explorer developers.

They might have suggestions for you. They might even show an interest in making a version that reads an appropriate Scopus file.
edit:
The developers of CRE also have a bibliographic analysis program, VOSviewer, that reads Scopus, PubMed, and RIS files.
