Upgrade StorageLibrary settings Private to Public error
When trying to switch Library settings from Private to Public, Closed (to get public reading access) I'm receiving the error "There was a problem saving your settings."
The last thread with this topic was from 2013 and the solution there did not work - any thoughts on what's going on?
