20 character username limit

I created an account with a long user name, synced a library using that user name and password, logged out, then was unable to log in due to the user name being longer than 20 characters.

I'm still able to sync under that long user name, according to the freely spinning green arrow, but can't get to the web profile.

I at least need to delete the current profile and re-create one with less than 20 characters.

Sorry about that, you should be good to log in now.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Usernames are actually limited to 40 characters and should now be correct everywhere. Let us know if you run into any other problems.
