Items lost

Hi everybody !

I am in trouble : I have lost all my items created between end 2013 and today on my library online. Last week, I had to re-download the plugins and today I discover that my standalone application contains more items than my online library. Meanwhile, I have added some items on my online library. Does anybody know what happened and what I can do.

    It sounds like you haven't lost anything, but that some items have not synced? Please refer to:

    Thank you for your answer. Sorry for my question if it seems stupid : if I syncronise the library on my computer and yhe one online, will the new updated library keep both the libraries, or one of the 2 will erase the other ?

    updated library keep both the libraries or you can reset one of them - See Zotero Preference - table Sync - Reset

    But, to be clear, you should likely NOT RESET in this particular case.

    Initiating a standard sync should, hopefully, start the bi-directional sync so that all references in the client are put on the server and vice versa.

    At worst, it should give you an error of why changes aren't syncing.
