Items still appear to have notes after notes have been deleted

In 1.5 beta, if you delete a note from an item and the note is in the trash, the item continues to have +/- box next to it, indicating that the item has something attached to it. But clicking the box doesn't change anything, because the note has been deleted. If the trash is emptied, then the +/- box goes away.
