Citation in body of Word Doc not included in the bibliography
This has happened to me twice now on two different occasions where I have cited three different articles in the paper but only two show up in the bibliography. I am using Zotero standalone and Microsoft Word. What do I need to check? This is in APA format. Thanks.

adamsmithFor the reference that doesn't show up, when you move your cursor into it, does it get highlighted (in grey, typically) the same way as the ones that aren't?

skoenigThanks for your help. I just tried to recreate the problem and it didn't happen this time. The citations that show up in Word are in gray in the bibliography. I just saw what you meant about them being gray in the body of the paper. I haven't ever noticed that before. What should I do if it is not gray in the body and doesn't show up next time?

adamsmithIt it's not in gray, Zotero doesn't know it's there. That should never happen with normal usage and we'd want to try to replicate how it did for you.

skoenigOk. Next time it happens I will contact you and look to see if the citations are gray or not in the body and keep the sample. I have been demoing this to students and it happened twice so I thought I would try to understand why. Thanks for your help. Thanks. I really like the Zotero tool.
