Sort by date, abstract, & hyperlinks in Word 2003

I've managed to create my own style using the style generator, but was wondering if it's possible to do the following three things as well if I write the macro manually, and if so, how to write it (am a beginner in macros).

1) Sort by date in reverse chronological order

I tried sorting by using <sort><text macro="date"/></sort> but it didn't work for me. I tried using <key macro...> as well instead of text macro. I inserted this in the bit before <macro><macro name="title">.

2) Insert abstract as part of a citation style

I had a look at the Chicago with annotated bibliography style, but I can't find the code that I can put in to mine, and I tried creating a bibliography using that, but it only took the first line from the abstract, and it created it as a separate citation. If I can also have the abstract indented, it would be great! And yes, I saw previous posts re abstracts as well.

3) Have the URLs in Word automatically hyperlinked

At the moment when I insert the citations with the URLs into Word, I have to manually enter a space or line for the links to be activated. Is there any way I can code csl to do this for me automatically? I tried to get the generator to insert a space after the URL, but that didn't activate the links. Is there a macro I can write either in Word or csl to do this?

Thanks in advance
