Invalid Response From Server in 1.5-sync3.8

I'm getting the same invalid response from server error that others are. Here is the debug output. I even edited the SQLite file to truncated all my tags to < 255 chars and that didn't help.

This is just due to server load and the size of your database, not the contents of your DB. We'll be making some changes in the next few days that should help people with larger libraries get through the initial sync (after which syncs should generally be instantaneous).

I am getting this too (Invalid response from server).

Initially I got the "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005"

Have not been able to synch my library since downloading 1.5 beta.

I am also not able to sync. Using 1.5b1 and Firefox 3.0.6. I get "invalid response from server". Report ID 473880509

After resetting (clearing) the server data and trying again (now with 1.5b1) I get "empty response from server".

My first successful sync occurred today, and I imagine it must have been due to a change in the Zotero server implementation. Thanks for fixing this!
