Upgrade StorageChanging citation style in word
I have put 5 references using Chicago Manual of Style 16th Edition (note) and they appear as endnotes.
When I try to change the citation style from Chicago Manual of Style 16th Edition (note) to Vancouver, it gives an error related to an unhandled exception.

adamsmithchange them to footnotes first, then switch to Vancouver, see if that works.
