Folders Missing

Hi,
when I click in the Firefox tool bar to open Zotero, my folders are missing. When I log into my account for Zotero my folders are there.

In the tool bar access to Zotero, it will not display any new folders I create. I deleted multiple folders from my account to see if that was the case. still no folder display

    you can collapse collections in Zotero by clicking on the little triangle at the left of "My Library" -- sounds like that may have happened (click on the same triangle again to show them).

    If clicking on the arrow doesn't work, restarting Firefox will likely fix it. If not, check your DB integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.

    I had already tried the collapse option. However, restarting Firefox did the trick!!! Thank you :)
