my account displayed i have used the included amount of storage, 300MG. I deleted multiple folders and my account still states I am at 300MG.

    three possibilities:
    1. you just removed the collections, not the items in them
    2. you didn't empty the Zotero trash afterwards
    3. you did delete items, but had much more than 300MB in attachments locally, so the 300MB filled up again right away

    ok, DUR!! I did not think to look for a trash folder to empty. That did the trick! Thank you!! :)
