Zotero does not save authors from INFORMS websites

Hi:

For a while now, zotero does not catch the author names from Informs journals such as this one: http://pubsonline.informs.org/toc/orsc/27/2

I'm using Standalone 4.0.29.5 on Win10x64 and the Chrome translator.

    The author information is missing from the RIS that is generated. The publisher would probably want to fix this issue, as it'll impact the users for many reference managers.

    EDIT: a work-around may be difficult, as it is missing from all of the export formats. We may have to screen scrape, which is more brittle/tedious. Alternatively: it does seem to be present when using the DOI translator (at least for the example given).
