bib citation name with underlines

Hi, I met a problem of bibtex underlines.

I am always working with bibtex. However, zotero exported a *.bibtex file with many underlines in citation names. For example, @article{ishwaran_gibbs_2001,...}

I cannot finish compiling latex with underlines. Is there anything wrong? Could anyone tell what's wrong with it? Thanks so much!

    Tex systems says: Error: Missing \endcsname inserted

    It seems that I used a package called underscore and there were some conflicts.

    If you install https://github.com/retorquere/zotero-better-bibtex you can choose your own citation keys (the underscores was what once prompted me to write BT)
