In attempting to sync, received following error message:
A file sync error occurred. Please try syncing again.
If you receive this message repeatedly, restart Zotero and/or your computer and try again. If you continue to receive the message, submit an error report and post the Report ID to a new thread in the Zotero Forums.
Followed instructions for restart, with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

dstillmanWhat happens if you try to load https://zoterofilestorage.s3.amazonaws.com/ in your browser? You should see a page that says "Access Denied", but your debug output suggests that Zotero Standalone can't access it at all, which could point to a firewall issue.

mspotts6545I did receive the access denied message. It is now syncing, so the problem may have been resolved. Thanks for your help
