Upgrade StorageCan't save article from arXiv

When attempting to save the article http://arxiv.org/abs/1603.06891 to Zotero standalone I get the message "An error occurred...".

Gabriel_pDismiss this, it started working again.

adamsmith(the arxiv API isn't super robust and fails occasionally. If arxiv fails for you, wait for 30mins and try again before reporting.)
