New mac and bluebook ciation needed

Zotero and the legal citation feature worked perfectly in my mac until a few months ago when some updates impaired the translation feature. I tried every possible way to fix it, including seeking assistance through Zotero forum, to no avail. I gave up and continued my work manually. Today I got a new mac and thought it is best to ask what to download exactly to get the bluebook style citation. I am aware of the MLZ bluebook style tool which is compatible with zotero, but it seems to have been updated and moved to another website. That being said, please advise me as to what exactly I should download (zotero and another style tool together, or zotero alone, or a style tool alone). I know that so much has changed since I first started using zotero in 2012. I am using firefox. Thanks for your assistance.
  • You'll get the best performance for legal citations by downloading juris-m (the new name of MLZ) with their bluebook style and filters.

  • Thank you so much. Do I need to download Zotero as well?
  • no, juris-m replaces Zotero (It uses ~95% the same code, so you'll find it quite familiar).

@rand1429: Updates to Juris-M are trickling out this week, so you may hit some things in the suite that don't work as expected. The reliable items at the moment are the Firefox plugin, and the browser plugins at the bottom of the page.

I'm currently working to get JM Standalone updated, and it should be out by the end of the week. The legal styles also need updating to cope with some simplifying changes to the law-module version of CSL, so citations may look wrong - the style updates should be done within the weekend.

(And many thanks to @adamsmith for the vote of confidence!)
