Citation style error

I have set style to APA 6th. Suddenly, since the last couple of days, Zotero is citing (in-line citation in Word) first author with full name - e.g., Albert Bandura, 2006. If I go to Zotero and right click and select generate bibliography and ask for the same citation, it gives me the right format - Bandura, 2006. 1) I didn't make any changes to my settings, 2) I still see the bibliography setting as APA 6th, 3) I can't find any settings that I could change to fix this.

    I wanted to add that it is not happening with every citation, but randomly. I have checked to make sure that both names have not been entered in the last name field for these citations. The name fields are correct for the citations I am getting errors for.

    if the name fields are correct, you're seeing a version of https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/given_name_disambiguation
