Port some features of Zotfile in Zotero

Some features of Zotfile can perhaps be migrated in Zotero?

Zotero already ported some features?

I think particularly of (in order):
- Store all attachments in a specified folder. (so it's easy to access it with other program link DEVONThink or sync it with dropbox)
- Rename attachment automatically
- Scan PDF annotation and import theme has note

    I edited my post to try to make it clearer. What I want is having all the PDF in an external folder. So if a add a pdf in Zotero it should be "moved/copied" in this folder.
