Turabian citing from a book with multiple authors

I have a text book where each chapter is a "book" written by a different author. When citing, how do I tell zotero to only select that author and title while referencing the text book as a whole as well? The only thing I could think to do was individually enter each chapter as it's own book but was hoping there was an easier way. Thanks.
